Archi+ was entrusted with overseeing the entire development of an exquisite 4-Star Hotel. Boasting an impressive 600 rooms sprawled across 10 floors, this architectural development was spearheaded by the AX Group and designed by architecture firm Box Concept Studio, reigniting interest in the area, creating employment opportunities and contributing significantly to the hospitality industry. From its conceptualization to the final handover and delivery, our team remained deeply immersed in every facet of the project site implementation. With a keen eye for detail, we meticulously coordinated all contractors on-site, skilfully managing tight deadlines and ensuring seamless collaboration among stakeholders. AX ODYCY Hotel’s allure lies not just in its size, but also in its attention to providing quality to the tourism industry. The hotel is designed as a year-round destination and set to revitalise the seaside promenade with the inclusion of a sprawling 4000 sqm lido on the Qawra coastline.
