Given a unique 420 sqm space with panoramic glass walls, we used soft curves to define the layout. A “loop corridor” is the central pathway, surrounded by workspaces and amenities. It features outward-facing offices, storage, printing, and wet areas. The reception area offers access to waiting areas and boardrooms, while employee workstations and a south-facing kitchenette with a terrace are opposite. To distinguish spaces, elegant dark marble tiles and white soffits are used for guest areas, while employee spaces feature less formal stone tiles and exposed services.
