Set in the historic St. George’s Square, Valletta, the client envisioned the refurbishment of an old palazzo into a modern restaurant, including a members club in the heart of Valetta. As the commissioned project managers, Archi+’s role entailed the coordination of various contractors, site supervision, timeline management and design coordination of civil, mechanical & electrical (M&E) and finishes works. These factors ensure a smooth transition between trades whilst making sure the project timelines are met.
