Situated on the 3rd floor of a prestigious apartment block, with a serene view of the ta’ Xbiex Marina, this 270 sqm unit enjoys abundant natural light due to its corner location. The unconventional curved shell presented a unique challenge but ultimately guided the design approach. Delicately balancing the elegance of the upscale setting, raw concrete, steels, and industrial elements were introduced, while retaining the natural state of marble claddings where functional. The open-plan layout was defined by curves and a series of curtains, offering versatile setups for various use scenarios.
