For this project we were commissioned as design consultants on the communal spaces and architecture of the property. The main challenge of the location was to create a design language that was contemporary without jarring with the existing, eclectic urban context. In order to achieve this, a very restrained material palette was selected incorporating painted plain and decorative bricks. This gave the facade a textural quality, captivating attention while seamlessly integrating with its surroundings.
