Construction of this new hotel in Paceville, St. Julian’s is currently underway, with the project set to enhance the streetscape. The building, situated on a compact site, features a facade characterized by vertical elements that delineate room divisions and embody a cohesive structural concept. To introduce depth, the central volume is accented with an alternative cladding material. The curved corner softens the building’s profile as one approaches, promoting a seamless integration with the surrounding street environment. We are excited about our contribution to this vibrant commercial district. Foundation work has commenced, and our team is collaborating closely with consultants to bring this project to life.
