Farmhouse Extension

With the evolution of the modern family structure, our aim was to provide the client with a space that would cater for their lifestyle in a creative way while also maintaining a quintessentially local and traditional build – the fabrics that make up a Maltese farmhouse.

The addition to the farmhouse had to serve the function of looking the part, while also ensuring the current existing areas are enhanced in use, and preserved in design. The result: an extension like no other, maintaining the relationship between external massing and internal spaces, while also giving extra importance to the volumes outside, which offers a translation as to what is found inside.

The modern home is showcased here, prioritizing amenities while also providing a playful, and relaxing entertainment area.
