Receptionist

Archi+ are on the lookout to recruit a Receptionist on a definite contract, for a period of six months (November 2019 till April 2020) to carry out front office and general administration duties.

 

Responsibilities;

  • Managing incoming calls and directing them to the right person whilst dealing with any queries
  • Organise refreshments for meetings when required
  • Schedule and confirm appointments and maintain event calendars
  • Maintain the reception area and kitchen area in order
  • Filing of correspondence and documents
  • Data inputting
  • Archive and maintain documentation in order
  • Receive and sort mail
  • Organise lunch orders and delivery for employees
  • Control inventory and place orders for stationery and general consumables when necessary
  • Petty cash handling
  • Provide general administrative and clerical assistance
  • Assist with any errands outside the office when required
  • Assist with other day to day office duties as may be required by the Directors

 

Education & Experience;

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Previous experience in an office environment
  • Fluent in English
  • At least one-year experience
