Archi+ are on the lookout to recruit a Receptionist on a definite contract, for a period of six months (November 2019 till April 2020) to carry out front office and general administration duties.
Responsibilities;
- Managing incoming calls and directing them to the right person whilst dealing with any queries
- Organise refreshments for meetings when required
- Schedule and confirm appointments and maintain event calendars
- Maintain the reception area and kitchen area in order
- Filing of correspondence and documents
- Data inputting
- Archive and maintain documentation in order
- Receive and sort mail
- Organise lunch orders and delivery for employees
- Control inventory and place orders for stationery and general consumables when necessary
- Petty cash handling
- Provide general administrative and clerical assistance
- Assist with any errands outside the office when required
- Assist with other day to day office duties as may be required by the Directors
Education & Experience;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Previous experience in an office environment
- Fluent in English
- At least one-year experience
